Call for papers

Altmann-Piotrovskij law (APL) plays a crucial role for Quantitative Linguistics and related disciplines. Language change processes can be modelled by various power models and differential equations. The workshop aims to get an overview on current projects in quantitative linguistics, related to historical changes and (historical) processes in general. Moreover, the workshop focuses on particular problems in data acquisition, appropriate statistical tools of modelling and possible fields of enhancement of the APL to other field of linguistics.
